At Ella Zaneta, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we offer a straightforward return and refund policy:
Returns
- You may return any unworn and undamaged item purchased from Ella Zaneta within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
- Items must be returned in their original packaging with all tags attached.
- To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at hello@ellazaneta.com to obtain a return authorization and shipping instructions.
- Once we receive your return, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
Refunds
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable, except in cases where we have made an error in fulfilling your order.
Exchanges
- If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or style, please contact our customer support team at hello@ellazaneta.com to arrange for an exchange.
- Exchanges are subject to product availability.
